• Returned within the return period stated at the time of purchase
• In the same condition as received, unused and undamaged
• In their original packaging, with all included parts and accessories
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, please contact us and we will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
